Four Lynx Earn All-Conference Postseason Awards
May 13, 2026Four Members of the Lesley Baseball Team have received All-Conference awards from the NAC. Gerlys Martinez was named as the catcher for the NAC All-Conference First Team. Roy Lenhard and Jacob Nemergut were both named to the Second Team All-Conference. Alexander Juhasz was named to the NAC All-Sportsmanship Team. -
Baseball Sweeps Cobleskill On Senior Day
May 03, 2026The Lynx headed into their final day of the season out of the playoffs, but they were in position to play spoiler for SUNY Cobleskill. The Fighting Tigers could secure the number one seed in the NAC tournament with a sweep, and in game one, they were well on their way with a 5-1 lead in the 6th. But a homer from Bazinet got the Lynx going, and they pulled off a walk-off comeback. They rode that momentum into game two, where they won, handily, on senior day, thanks to one of Roy Lenhard’s best pitching performances of his college career. -
Baseball Drops Doubleheader Against Cobleskill
May 02, 2026The Lynx look to wrap up their regular season with a four-game series against the SUNY Cobleskill Fighting Tigers. The Tigers come into the series looking to get the highest spot they can in the NAC tournament, while the Lynx are playing spoiler. SUNY Cobleskill’s offense was too much for Lesley as they handily won both games by six runs. -
Baseball Falls in Doubleheader at Thomas
April 28, 2026The Lynx headed back to Maine to take on the Thomas Terriers. In the final stretch of the season, Lesley needs to win out to make the NAC championship. They get out to a lead early in game one and are able to take it all the way until the bottom of the 7th when a slew of mistakes allow the Terriers to walk it off. Then in game two, the Lynx’s bats can’t get going, and Thomas walks away with their second win of the day. -
Bates Bests Baseball In Doubleheader
April 25, 2026The Lynxed headed to Bates for their last non-conference games of the season before they resume must-win NAC play. The Lynx underestimated the Bobcats in game 1, losing in a 7-inning game, but the Lynx gave them a run for their money in game 2. After tying the game late, Bates pulled ahead, and a 9th inning rally left the Lynx one run shy of splitting the day. -
Baseball Splits Doubleheader at Hornets
April 22, 2026It’s the final stretch of the regular season, and the Lynx are just outside making the NAC playoffs. Every game is crucial, and going into a doubleheader at VTSU Lydon, Lesley knows it. In game 1, they put up a run immediately and rode Jacob Nemergut’s two-hitter to a victory. Then in game 2, the Lynx let up the lead in the opening innings and rallied late, but it’s just not enough to get them the win as they split the day. -
Baseball is Bested By Falcons
April 16, 2026After being blown out just a few days ago by the Falcons, the Lynx were hungry for revenge. The Falcons had other plans as they put up 12 runs in the first two innings and coasted to a sweep of the Lynx this season. -
Baseball Bested By Hornets In Doubleheader
April 15, 2026After falling to Fisher via the run rule on Monday, the Lynx were in need of getting their bats back on track. And that they did, putting up five in the first four innings of game one. Eventually scoring 14. However, the Hornets' bats were hot too as they outpaced Lesley with 17 runs. Then, with most of the players exhausted from an 11-inning marathon, game two was a much different story. Both teams combined for six runs. VTSU went home with both wins. -
Baseball Falls To Falcons
April 13, 2026After falling to Fisher by walkoffs two nights in a row a couple of weeks ago, the Lynx headed back to Lynn hungry for revenge. The Lynx got the lead early, but the Falcons took it right back and never looked back. In the 7th, the Falcons continued to pile on the runs, and eventually the run rule came into play. -
Lynx End Skid With Dominant Win Over Dean
April 09, 2026After a recent skid, the Lynx were eager to get back on track. They got right to it, putting up five in the first inning and not looking back from there. A pair of homers were just the tip of the iceberg in the Lynx’s second-best offensive performance of the season. Backed by solid pitching, Lesley handily won 15-9 -

April 04, 2026The Lynx came into day two of their four-game series against the Eagles hungry to end their recent skid. Both games were back and forth and had to go into extras, but the Eagles were able to walk off both games. -
Husson Takes Both In DOubleheader
April 03, 2026After a rough weekend series and falling to walkoffs both games during the week, the Lynx were eager to get back on track as they started a four-game two-day series in Bangor. In the first game, the Eagles took an early lead, but the Lynx took it back. However, Husson was able to pull away in the final stretch to take the win. It was a pitcher's duel in game 2. The teams were tied in the 5th, but a two-run inning gave the Eagles the advantage and eventually a win. -

April 01, 2026Last night, the Falcons walked it off in the 11th, and the Lynx were hungry for revenge in the rematch. Fisher got off to an early lead, but the Lynx were able to claw their way back. Tied going into the 9th, Lesley took the lead but lost on a walkoff single. -
Baseball Swept in Doubleheader Vs. UMF
March 29, 2026The Lynx and Beavers split yesterday's matchup, and Lesley looked to improve today heading into another doubleheader. The first game started with a Beavers rally, but the Lynx stayed determined and tied it up, but ultimately fell 9-7. Then in the rematch, the Beavers got off to an even bigger early lead. The Lynx never wavered, scoring nearly every inning. UMF’s offense was too much, however, as they swept the day with a 17-11 win. -
Lynx Baseball Split Doubleheader vs. UMF Beavers
March 28, 2026After falling short in extras on Wednesday, the Lynx looked to get back on track as they headed into a four-game, two-day series against UMaine Farmington. In his first start since winning the NAC Pitcher of the Week, Jacob Nemergut had a rocky first inning, but an ultimately strong outing and great offense gave the Lynx a 6-4 win in game 1. But the second was all Beavers. This time their pitching and bats were unstoppable as they cruised to an 8-0 win. -
Lynx Fall 5-3 in Home Opener Against Rivier
March 25, 2026After their first win back in Massachusetts against Curry College, the Lynx headed into their home opener against the Rivier Raiders. The Raiders got out to an early lead, and for most of the game, their pitching held the Lynx back from doing anything about it. But in the late innings, Lesley started a comeback, but it was too little too late as they fell 5-3. -
Nemergut & Finnegan Receive NAC Weekly Honors
March 24, 2026Graduate student Jacob Nemergut and First Year Owen Finnegan have been named to the North Athletic Conference (NAC) Baseball Weekly Awards, it was announced by the NAC Office on Monday, March 23. This marks both athletes' first recognitions in their careers and the first for the team this season. -
Lynx Need Extras For Win Over Curry
March 22, 2026After getting blown out in their last game in Florida, the Lynx looked to rebound against a skidding Curry College. Both teams went back and forth all afternoon. A rally in the bottom of the ninth sent the game to extras, but Lesley was able to get the job done and walk away with the win. -
Lynx Baseball Finishes Florida Play Splitting Doubleheader
March 19, 2026After a very hot streak, the Lynx were handed a blowout loss yesterday. They came into their doubleheader determined to prove that it was just a fluke. In their first game against Rutgers-Newark, they did just that. A six-run first inning set the stage for the eventual 12-2 win. They then faced off against the Vikings, and things didn’t go their way. Despite fighting hard, the Lynx took their first mercy rule loss of the season. -
The Lynx Bats Came Alive in Win Over Presque-Isle
March 17, 2026After splitting yesterday's doubleheader, the Lynx and Owls faced off in yet another doubleheader in Florida. The Lynx offense could not be stopped; they put up at least a run in every inning but the 7th. Along with a great pitching performance, they walked away with a 13-1 win. -
Lynx Set New NAC Run Record With 23-1 Rout of UMaine
March 17, 2026Following a 13-2 blowout, the Lynx and Owls faced off for their fourth and final game in the past 48 hours. The Lynx weren’t satisfied with last game's offense and doubled down. A four-run 1st set the scene for the entire game. Lesley won 23-1 and set a new NAC season high for most runs in a game. -
A One-Hitter gives Lynx Baseball Their First Florida Win
March 16, 2026After dropping their first game in Florida, the Lynx look to rebound going into their first game of a doubleheader. The Owls go into their first game of the season with hopes of starting on the right foot. The Lynx pitching was untouchable, and a 3rd inning rally decided this 6 inning game early. -
Lynx Baseball Falls in First Game of Florida Play
March 14, 2026The Lynx open their Florida play against Vassar College. Lesley was hot off their opening day win and hoped to continue rolling into Florida. The Brewers' pitching didn't allow the Lynx to get anything going, and they were able to pull away. Lesley started to come back late, but a 6-run 9th inning sealed Vassar’s win. -
The Lynx Rally Late to Get the Opening Day Win
March 12, 2026Following a handful of games delayed by the weather, the Lynx finally kicked off their season at Anna Maria. Lesley looked to improve on last season’s 20-18 record heading into opening day. The AMCATs hoped to keep their win streak alive as they headed into Thursday's match. The two teams kept in close nearly the entire game, but a 9th inning rally for the Lynx gave them the opening day win. -
Lesley University Athletics Announces Hall of Fame Class of 2025
July 18, 2025CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Lesley University Athletic Department is excited to announce its 2025 Hall of Fame Class. The second Lesley University Athletics Hall of Fame class includes five former student-athletes, one contributor, one coach and one team.
